What else is connected to dash lights?

I can't find the short (I assume it's a short). I replace the fuse and in
less than 1-week, it's blown. I can't find where it's shorting and went
through the upper dash area. Do all of the long screws that hold the dash
in-place have insulators? I see the left most long screw does but the others don't. Any other ideas?
