HOPE YOU GUYS CAN HELP- I HAVE A 1984 900T, A WHILE BACK I STARTED TO NOTICE THAT THE PLUGS WERE SOOTED WITH DRY BLACK POWDER SAME WITH O2 SENSOR. SO I HAVE REPLACED TURBO WHICH HAD OIL BLOW-BY, PRIME PUMP, FUEL PUMP, IGNITION SWITCH (ELECTRICAL PART), THE IGNITION DISTRIBUTOR, IGNITION MODULE, COIL, CAP, ROTOR, PLUGS AND O2 SENSOR. THE CAR STILL SURGES 850 TO 1500 RPM (FROM RICH TO LEAN) OVER A FEW SECONDS AND THE CAR ALMOST STALLS SO I UNPLUG O2 SENSOR CAR IDLES FINE. THE CAR HAS NO POWER OR BOOST ON ACCELERATION UNTIL 2000 RPM THEN IT KICKS IN AND FLIES BUT THERE IS THE BLACK SMOKE WHICH GOES AWAY ON DECEL AND SEEMS TO SMOKE ON LOAD ONLY NO BACK FIRE. NOT BURNING OIL. I HAVE RUN NEW GROUND WIRES ALL OVER CLEANED PLUG CONNECTORS WITH CONTACT CLEANER AND THE MAJOR GROUND POINTS. ADJUSTMENTS I HAVE DONE ARE TO THE AIR FLOW PLATE, THE BUTTERFLY, TRYED TO ADJUST CO MIX UNABLE TO DO METER JUST FLUCTUATES FROM LEAN TO RICH BUT VERY SLOWLY IS THIS NORMAL SHOULDN'T THIS BE HAPPENING A BIT FASTER? FUEL PRESSURE GOOD ON BOTH LINE AND CONTROL. I HAVE CHECKED ALMOST EVERY RELAY IN THE CAR. THE TURBO SHOULD BE SET TO BASE BOOST WHEN NEW RIGHT? COULD THE FUEL PUMP RELAY BE CAUSING THE FLOOD? ANY IDEAS ON THIS PLEASE HELP ME OUT. THANKS.
