Clamp each of the vacuum lines running from the intake manifold, if the idle drops when you clamp it you've found the culprit.
Don't forget to check the brake booster, vacuum advance, intake manifold grommets, injector seals and all the clamps.
Try bypassing the air Aux valve and the A/C solenoid with a single hose.
Another technique is to spray small amounts of electrical contact cleaner (flammable) on all the hose/tube connections. If the idle bumps up you've found it.
