You may also look at the rubber boots that connect the turbo discharge to the intercooler and throttle body. Sometimes the hose clamps loosen and let high boost out or you have a very slight imperfection in one of them that lets high boost pressures out. When you lose some of the measured air through a boost leak, the O2 sensor loop in the ECU can't push the injectur duty cycle down far enough to compensate for the actual rich mixture and take it back to stoichiometric.
The same thing can happen if the rubber bushings that hold vacuum nipples into the intake manifold, although they would give you a vacuum leak that would raise its ubly head at idle.
If you have spare LH 2.2 ECUs, swapping them is worth a try, but check the clamps first.
