Actually, the "viggen 99" didn't need replacement lips. The body was in good shape considering the year. I did have to weld some small patches on the driver side fender, up near the windshield, and by the right rear mudflap, but that is all.
Now, the 75 (which will be in Hershey also) had some extensive bodywork done to it because of a collision which took out the whole passenger side. Partial lips were welded in the back of the front fender and the front of the back lip....not because of rust, but because of damage from the accident.
