Deciding to keep my '86 SPG (Its the last C900 I have, sold the others, and I cant let it go!) haha.....
The engine &trans have been removed, I am going to rebuild the top part of the engine as well as the turbo, the original trans that came out of it has 175K miles on it, and when removed showed no signs of wear, shifted smooth, never popped out of gear, and didn't wine at all....Im just wondering, while its out of the car, is there anything I should do to strenghten it so it will keep holding up when the engine/turbo are rebuilt?...larger pinion? etc?
Thanks :)
