The original lock cylinder in the ignition probably broke at some point and was replaced with a non-matching cylinder.
You have a couple of options:
Live with having two keys; one for the ignition and one for the doors and trunks.
Get an ignition lock cylinder to match the door keys.
You may be able to get door/trunk keys made for the car in the original keying by the dealer with the VIN. Or you may be able to remove one of the door lock cylinders and take it to a locksmith and have keys made from that. He may also be able to rekey the ignition lock cylinder to match or get a new lock cylinder to match.
On the drivers side not being able to be locked by pushing down on the knob, you'll have to take the door apart to see whether something is jammed or the locking part of the door latch mechanism is broken.
