I really love my 10-year-old Saab 900 aero but I have been told that the right hand wiper disconnects itself as matter of course.
I imagine that Saab would have thought about this in the construction of this wonderful car and it is fine that the right hand wiper disconnects itself in Sweden or the U.S. where you drive on the right and therefore sit on the left of the car. It is much more of a problem if you sit on the right and drive on the left as we do here. There must be some sort of upgrade available out there. I can’t risk driving down a windswept and wet motorway at 80 miles an hour and have my wipers fail!
Any solutions out there?
