The only reason I ask is there are absolutely no viscosity ratings on the containers. Nor does it state if it's Synthetic or non-synthetic. I was under the impression it was some varient of gear oil. When I asked the parts guy he didn't know the ratings. All he said was it's not a gear oil and more likely a 10W30 for viscosity. If so, what the heck is so good about this stuff ($6.64 Cdn) over regular dino 10W30? Additives?
