Your first two issues are covered in separate sections - DIY instrument cluster replacement and DIY Powere window regulator (that one will get you to the point where you can look inside at the lock mechanism and see what is disconnected).
i know what it is already - there is a hook that pulls on the lock mechanism to release the door when you pull on the outer door handle. it must ahve come off the hook point.
To detach the outer door handle , the manuals say to unscrew the front-ward outer door handle screw (do this one from inside the door), loosen off the rear screw a few turns(on the backside of the door - across from the striker plate if u know what i mean) and then rotate the front of the door handle upwards and back.
so your problem will probably be fixed by taking it off, then following my directions in reverse, making sure the hook portion grabs.
