I think that 195/70's are going to rub. I run 195/65 for a bit taller gearing per townsend and get a bit of full load rub with my snows and no rub with my summer tires. You might have to drop to a 185 width to fit a 70 aspect ratio tire.
Turn in with the 65's is not as sharp as with 60's. If you are looking for off-boost midrange acceleration, the taller tires will not help. But with a tweaked turbo, I lose grip in 1st and 2nd anyway.
While I haven't tried the lightened flywheel, you can get more midrange response by tweaking your distributor and advancing the base spark timing to 18-20 degrees btdc. You tweak the distributor by filing off a little bit of metal on the boost retard stop. This stop is a round peg in the advance/retard module that is screwed onto the distributor. This modification and timing reset, gives you more on-boost retard and more off-boost advance. It's best to do your stop filing gradually, since a little bit makes a big difference. SPG 9 sells a distributor module that is optimized, if you don't want to fiddle around with it.
