I don't know about other markets, but if your '85 is a USA car, it is a 16-valve turbo with electronic fuel injection (not mechanical CIS injection) and you do not have a cold start injector. '84 was the last year for CIS-controlled turbos in the US.
There are many reasons that your '85 could run rough, including plugs (use NGK BCP7ES/EV) and other basic tune-up items like air filter, fuel filter, cap and rotor, etc. It could even have old gas that has gone bad...a $65 car has probably been sitting around for a while...cleaning the AIC valve with gum cutter (and the throttle housing too) is a good idea on this model as well. Get those items and the vacuum hoses in order and it will probably do a lot better.
Good luck and be careful with those brakes...not the best.
