car is an 88 900 turbo. After work today i was heading home, going up a hill, accelarated to pass someone then felt a pop and noticed that the boost dropped considerably. in fact my boost gauge dropped to the white. i tried to accelerate again and noticed that the gauge will not go beyond the white. It's as if something is preventing it from boosting. Before it would go almost into the red. i came to a light and the car stalled. i started it up again and continued driving and noticed the car began running rough and wanted to stall again so i pulled over. inspected all vac hoses couldnt find anything off then just brought it home restarting several times. i was able to drive at high speeds but no boost. at home i have checked all vac hoses and cant find anything off. all of them were replaced about 6 months ago so no cracks. it starts ok and will idle fine until i give it some gas then it stalls. Also wanted to mention that earlier in the day while out driving i thought i saw the battery light on for an instant. But i just thought it was my imagination. Now im wondering if its related. im stumped. could really use some advice here.
