I have an 85 16T and water got into the wiring harness by the drivers door, the sitting water removed the plastic coating on the wires so no window up or down no power locks no mirror movement so electrial abnormalites are just part of owning an old saab: the horn and washer might be one bad ground up front, the antenna could be behind the radio or somewhere as the wire runs to the back of car or just a bad antenna, door lock in that door or in front of door or bad actuator, last is easy get a new or used turn signal actuator or live with what you got....
