Depending on what you want to do... To fix teh SRS, it is probably the 'spool' behind teh wheel, but it could be a sensor as well. To figure this out, you need to have someone read out the SRS system. Replace the part and reset it.
I had a similar problem with the locks on an 89. If the fuse blows, it is more probably a bad motor in one of the doors or trunk. Make sure all doors and trunk are unlocked. Disconnect the 2 door motors at the passenger door jamb. Replace the fuse. If the trunk locks, the trunk motor is good, If not, it is bad and needs to be replaced. It may help to lube the lock mechanism, but probably not. If it does lock then unlock, try hooking up the passenger door and see if it works. If it blows the fuse, you have found a bad door motor. The relay generally fails by not functioning and the door switch can be problematic, but usually fails by either not working or not working in either the lock or unlock condition.
