First, make sure it's the fuel pump you're hearing. (Antenna?)
Two torx screws & take off the trunk floor. There's a couple metal disks, pop off the big one. Underneath that you're looking at the gas tank, & the top of the fuel pump. Now you can listen to see whether that's it. It's supposed to make noise. It's a pump after all. What's normal & what's too loud is hard to say over the web.
I had a non-turbo, so I haven't taken out a turbo pump. There's some instructions posted around here, you might have to search back aways. It's not a difficult DIY.
