I got them new from Trollhatten, who's maybe(??) not in business any more? I sorta remember $10 or so, but that was a few years ago. Maybe less than $20 even from a dealer?
The only special tool was for those silly 3-sided nuts for the shifter box. I ground 3 sides off of a socket; maybe it was 11mm or so? You can even take those off with a hammer & drift, then use normal nuts to put it together. It's all full of grease, so don't expect your hands to stay clean. Removing 1 or both front seats makes it so much easier. (guess you already know that if you've got the carpeting up)
