Clutch slave rebuild...

I'm rebuilding my clutch slave cylinder, and I just got some O-rings to replace the old ones. When I mentioned that they would be in contact with brake fluid, the guy said that they weren't compatible. He said they would eventually melt. I think they're just Butyl rubber.
My question is: there's a rebuild kit on The Saab Site; does anyone know what kind of O-ring material that is? What kind of material will hold up to brake fluid? Thanks!
