Heated seat - passenger side

My 1990 appears to have a heated passenger seat. It is wired for it and and has a sticker on the right side that says "Heated SeatS". Yet there is only a switch on the dash for the drivers side seat and there is also no wiring harness coming out of the floor to connect.
Does anyone know if my 900 is supposed to have only the one seat heated and what it would take to hook up the other side? Thanks.
