If the car has a sunroof it could be 1) the foam rubber gasket has shrunk and although it looks fine will leak. Cure is to run a bead of silicone under the top of the foam (the bottom is glued to the sunroof pan) with a fine tip plastic syringe. 2) the back hoses from the sunroof pan are leaking.
Or the rear side window gaskets are leaking at the top front. This is a bad problem with 3/5 doors in general and the major cause of rust problems in front of the rear wheel area. Solution is to pull the gasket out and stretch it a bit and then reinstall using silicone chaulk around the whole opening.
