I preped the remaing plastic area with some steel woool to get the gloss off, then I found some small steel washers and trimmed one edge to flatten the roundness off, then I sanded them to get the shine off also. Then with some epoxey puddy I molded the puddy and washers into a repair. When it was all hard I drilled out the puddy that got over and into the washer holes and did a little filing to shape it. If you can find the kind of washers that look like stars, I dont know what they are called but I know they are a kind of lock washer, its easier for the putty to grip, I had trouble with the epoxy not being able to grab such a smooth surface untill I used these type.

Where your going to find the screwws is anymans guess. Good luck

Also remember, fit the ABS a few times and trim it agains the glass so it lays as flat to the front as possible. Also, tape off where the front egde stops on the face so that you can put a bit of glue, so when it oozees out you can peal it free when its hard. Its just silicone glue.
Just as an FYI, while I had that instrament bezel off. Since I had the insert "lether" pealing off, I got the "wood" dash kit and it fit perfectly in the recess where the "lether" goes. also the glove box. When I was done it looks like a freaking new saab dash.

Good luck.
