You are talking about the horizontal screw at the upper part of throttle body?
It's an M6 bolt about 25 to 30mm long where the tip have been tapered.
You can probably get a regular M6x30 and grind down the tip to a cone shape.
That will work.
The other idle screw that work directly onto the throttle linkage is a M5x15.
