Alternator bushings start to give from the instance you install them and apply tension on the belts.
Belts always have a different length so try with swapping the two belts from in to out and see if that take care of the problem or at least makes it smaller.
The tighter belt is going to wear quicker and after awhile they will be more even in tension when one has worn deeper into the pulleys.
I guess if you want to you could install two washers under the alternator bracket to compensate for the give in bushings, but that is overkill to me.
