If you're thinking of adding a 5th injector for more fuel on cold start-up, you don't need it -- the ECU adds sufficient fuel based on NTC sensor input. Further, if you were to adapt a non-5th injector car to use one, I believe you'd have to replace the ECU with one that can control the injector.
Some years, some Jetronic-fueled U.S. cars have the plug already in the wiring harness (my '89T has this). Check around the AMM -- dunno what year you have but it may be zip-tied out of the way.
As for adding a 5th injector for high-boost fueling, according to Brad S., you don't want to mount it at the throttle body because cyl. 4 doesn't get its fair share of fuel.
Trigger the injector with a pressure switch from an LH2.2 Turbo car; they're, what, a few bucks at the junkyard and are adjustable.
You do not need to do any welding to provide fuel; there's a simpler, quicker, and IMHO, more elegant solution. I'll post some pics in a bit...
But, this may be moot: if you're having your ECU re-mapped, whatever injectors you use should be able to handle your fueling needs.
