So here is the problem up until now.
I have an '88 spg with 210k under it's belt. I bought it at an auction so I never talked to it's previous owner. The problem is that it will start up and run and then just die after about 10 minutes. When it runs it runs fine. I can hear the fuel pump prime before i start the car. I noticed my car would stop blowing heat for a like 10 mins after being on for awhile in the week leading up to the problem. It has been really cold and snowy where I live. The gauges are fine. Because I don't have another car I can't buy a manuel right now, pretty much stuck at home.
Thus far I have:
-put anit-freeze in the car, it was low
-I replaced the fuel filter
replaced the blue plug on intake manifold (temp sender I think) with one
from a '93 900s that is down in my drive.
-checked to make sure the coil was grounded
-pulled the wire from the coil to the cap and tried to check for spark (the un-insulted wires made me dance a little, that was a surprize, ha)
-pull the plug on the AMM and the car ran like crap.
-had 1/4-1/2 of a tank, filled it to 3/4 (check for pre-pump)

any thing I should check before i ship it off to an indie, i am a college student that doesn't have alot of money to drop on things like this. especially with a new semster coming (ie lots of expensive books)
