Replace the voltage regulator and the ground wire. If that doesn't fix it, get one from a 9000 in a junk yard. As much as I've grown to be unimpressed with Bosch, the alternators DO NOT go bad. Like, almost ever. You can snatch one from a c900 too, but the 9000 alternators are 115A vs. the 85A alt. the c900 came with. All you have to do is swap the pulleys. Otherwise they interchange perfectly. Don't buy new - it's seriously a waste of money. Voltage regulator first - it's a $30 part. Good luck,
