Saab Purchase in White Plains

I'm looking to buy a C900 convertible and I'm making a list of things to ask when examining a car. Given that I'll be buying a car with 100K+ miles, I expect there to be a fair amount of initial maintenance, however, if parts have been recently replaced that's always good.
Here's what I have so far:
Has this vehicle been in any accidents?
Do you have maintenance records?
How many miles on the current tires?
Any vibrations at high speed?
How old are the brakes?
How many miles on the clutch?
Any problems with the AC?
How old are the shocks?
Have any ball-joints been replaced?
Has the timing chain / timing chain tensioner been replaced?
Any issues with the headliner?
Does the top still work well?
For each of the above items, what should I be concerned about e.g. if someone tells me it has an original clutch w/ 125K miles on it, how soon should I expect to replace this & how much? I'm concerned about the timing chain? If people here bought a new vehicle used, at what mileage point would you advocate a timing chain / timing chain tensioner replacement?
Are there any other big 'gotchas' I should be wary of, that I haven't listed above.
Thanks,
Sam
