You can also see if you have 12 volts at your yellow wire to the starter as the key is turned. If not, check the power at the relay on that same line. If it is showing power in and out of the relay, that yellow wire can corrode and break. It has happened to me twice, both times being behind the headlight area. If the car has been sitting a while, Try rapping the starter with a pipe or peice of 2x4 while an assistant starts the car. Sometimes a starter can get stuck up from sitting. If it starts up after rapping on it, it more than likely is fixed and the source was simply a little rust within the starter.
