that is confusing and more I work on it the more I understand about this car. I think most of my problem all along has been a dirty throttle body.
Have you ever removed and disassembled the throttle body. I think mine has crud built up inside so bad that I'm thinking now of removing the assembly and cleaning it more completely. Seems like the motion of the throttle plate is not smooth and I'm wondering if the sensor is physically malfunctioning to the point of not letting the throttle plate fully return to a resting position. Also even though mine ohms test ok, maybe mechanically in such poor shape it's just time to replace. Tearing apart Sat. and seeing what really going on inside the housing. Do I need a gasket to reassemble the housing to the intake?
