I bought a pair of elbow needle nose pliers just for that purpose. Not a chance. The screw must be JB welded in there, or something, because I'm a strong guy and I couldn't hold the insert tight enough to turn the screw without them both turning.
I have another facia. I may just break the tabs that the screw goes up through and deal with it when the whole facia is out.
