Vac. hose screw up, help

I seem to have totally screwed up the connections of the vac. hoses behind the dashboard. I now have an end to one that has nothing to plug into. And because of this the engine idles from 0 rpm (stalls) up to 2800 rpm at last count. The APC solenoid clatters uncontrollably and the engine stutters when under full boost.
It runs perfectly normal with the APC box unplugged , functioning as a LPT, but that's no fun.
I have looked in the Haynes and Bentley manuals and they just show the vacuum lines for the cruise control. I have also searched this site a lot in the last couple days and cant seem to get a difinative idea of where everything goes.
To make matters worse there are no c900 turbos on this whole fricking base(camp lejeune, nc) to compare with.
Does anyone have any insights or good ideas to help me out here?
