The clutch lines are, flex hose at either end made onto a steel line like brake line; get one from a junkyard. But if it's bad it probably went from rust, and that's a line that's well up above the road and out of direct threat from salt and continuous wetness, so to me it's not a good sign for the rest of the car if that rusted through.
Especially look for rust at the right hand lower A-arm mount, where it bolts to the frame rail (which tends to rust badly and collapse). Also look for rust under the floor pan where the frame rails join it (lapped sheet metal spot welded joint, rusts even through heavy undercoating) and at floor pan drain hose areas at outer front corner of each front side. And for rust where rear axle trailing arms attach to body. A-arm mount, frame rails to floor pan, and rear axle mounts would all nix any purchase, I'd say.
This is not a young car and even though it looks sound from above it could have serious rust problems.
Some cars would not be a good deal even if they gave you the car and gave you several hundred dollars too.
Then again, as a first car, it might work out okay and would be at least a step in the right direction, towards future Classic 900s.
