It can be an extensive and expensive process converting to a turbo. If you are paying someone else to do the work it becomes even MORE expensive. If you are adamant about doing this, I would suggest finding a rusted or wrecked car for cheap that has the turbo AND five-speed that you desire. You would be able to hear it run and hopefully drive it to get an idea of the general condition, plus it would supply you with the wiring harness, clutch system, exhaust system, and countless other items that you will need for the conversion. You might even be able to sell what pieces are left over (interior, wheels, etc.) to recoup some of the expense involved. I wouldn't be surprised if a shop is going to rack up quite a LARGE bill doing the work for you, to the tune of it costing you MORE than just finding a complete turbo 900 in good shape with all that you desire.
