You should have a black, plastic piece for the PCV (Positive Crankcase Emissions) system, officialy called Valve Cover Breather Nipple (PVC nipple)
It'll look something like the picture below and have two hoses connected to it. There should also be a rubber bushing that holds it into the hole in the cam cover.
You should be able to get it at a foreign car parts chain store or a place like NAPA. You can also get them through site sponsors like eEuroparts.com and sobstory.com. At eEuroparts they're somethig like $2.00 plus shipping. The rubber bushing is pretty inexpensive, too.
The big question i have is .... are the other hoses that should attach to it still there?
Is this a Turbo or non-turbo?
