Hi Tim,

You should post this message on the performance BB, there's tons of people there who would love to give you some advice. Coming from a fellow 85 900 driver, make sure you have the 3.0bar fuel pressure regulator (can be found on the N/A motors, I assume your 2.1 head came from an NA car), make sure youre using properly gapped BCP6ES (or EV if i remember correctly), and new plug wires (magnecore, bougicord etc) with a new dist. cap and rotor. Also, search the peformance BB for "ignition retard mod" to get detailed instructions on how to modify the ignition vaccum advance unit to get a better timing curve under boost. If all your fluids are fresh (see also, synthetic), set your initial timing to 18-20BTDC. From your list of modifications I'd expect around 200-210hp, though to really take advantage of the larger intake manifold/head youll need to do some serious upgrades (ie new turbo, 3" exhaust, ECU work by jak stoll etc). Sorry for the long response, hope this helps!
