Rich, It easily comes out of the trunk with the deck lid in place. Simply move the front seats all the way forward, and crank the back rests on them all the way forward as well. Drop the front a bit, then forward into the windshield, then down with the back and out. The top of the front seats acts as a second person. I've done this several times solo. I would advise going to a junkyard and try finding a good headliner that has been done (the older these cars get, the more you see this). If you get it out fine there, just use that one and save a lot of time and money. Best of luck.
