If I were you, I would inspect all the components first and replace only the questionable parts.
The rear control rods have two bushings each and the rubber tears away from the inner and outer "races" and can be visually inspected. If the rubber is pulling away from the metal, replace the bad bush. A press makes this job much easier, but you can do it with a vice, a big C-clamp and/or sockets/bolts.
The panhard rod also has two bushes. The rod can be easily unbolted for inspection. There is a possibility that the bolts are loose to begin with.
The other bushes are on the trailing arms(ahead of the axle to the body). These generally don't need replacement unless there is sloppiness. Once you have removed the shocks, panhard rod and the control rods, you should be able to quickly detect any problems here.
Finally, I would stick to OEM type rubber bushings except maybe poly for the panhard rod. I personally have found poly bushes to wear fast and not add much in the way of handling. One exception on poly for handling is the front sway bar end bushings. Crisper turn in, but alas, they don't last like rubber.
