It was not as difficult as I expected. I carefully marked the position of the distributor prior to removal and did not even have to time it after I put it back. You need to be very careful with the connector to the wiring harness so it does not fall apart on you. Mine did half-way but I was able to reuse the plug anyway. Look carefully at the other pieces you take off so you can put the new ones on the same way.
