I assume you mean the torque converter seal?
The easiest way is to replace the transmission as a whole.
The most likely reason for the seal to start leaking is because the bushing that holds the torque converter steady is worn out and subsequently, the oil pump gear behind converter is also worn.
What usually happens later on is that the two drive tabs on converter break off and that stops the oil pump from spinning and the car stops driving.
It is no easy way to just replace that seal even if you would pull the engine/tranny out and seperate engine/transmission. The torque converter is still stuck in there between the front trans housing and the engine oil compartment.
