hi all-
just looking for something interesting to add to my "stable." I had a '99 9-3 SE hatch I bought new back in '98... great car, lots of rattles, sold it about 3 years ago.
anyway, I found a '91 900T auto convertible. It's got an SPG bodykit and SPG wheels. It's said to be in solid running condition with about 120k on the clock. It's at a used car dealership not too far away, but far enough that I haven't looked at it yet. I could be convinced to go look on Saturday if it seems reasonable.
They're asking $1500 US for it... assuming it's running, shifts fine, and has good brakes, is there any reason for me to run away from it?
Anything in particular to look at? I've done a little searching here. I know all the basic stuff that would apply to any vehicle- rust, signs of previous damage, etc.
Was the SPG kit a factory option back in 91?
Here are some pictures... hopefully these work

Can't tell much from the pictures, but it looks decently clean. Looks like it's missing some of the body kit. The top doesn't have any noticeable blemishes, but I'm sure it's far from perfect.
Anyway, any insight you can give me would be helpful. I'll offer them less than what they're asking, but it seems like for the price it might be a decent deal.
