SPG lug nuts source? ARRGH! (kinda long)

Man, what a day. I went in yesterday to get my tires swapped off my shelby's onto some SPG wheels I recently bought, and boy was I in for some drama.
So the tire shop swaps the tires onto the spg wheels, then asks if I have any other lug nuts... no, why? Because the ones the shelby's use are different, I need tapered ones.
So they rush-order 16 saab lug nuts from some warehouse, and a half hour later they arrive. (That'll be an additional fee). Yet the shop goes to put them on, and they're not the right ones. Apparently the taper isn't right.
After calling all the area shops, they come to the conclusion that nobody has 'em. The shop has no choice but to mount my tires BACK onto my shelby rims and send me home, and find the correct lug nuts myself!
So I'm trying to find some online, but the usual suspects (sponsors) I've looked at don't list any. Are these lug nuts different from the ones the 'stock' alloys use? Is it assumed everybody has 'em already?
If anybody has a source for them, new or used, please let me know. Also, what do you think a dealer would charge for a set?
Thanks a lot guys.
