The headless bolts are called studs. Get two nuts the right size. Spin one on far enough to get the other one on too behind it. Spin the second one on behind the first. Hold each nut with it's own wrench, prefferably a box end, and jam them together, the bottom spun up against the top. Now you can screw the stud in as far as you need to as if it were a normal bolt. After its in you release the jam tension using two wrenches again and remove both nuts. Good luck
