Ok……yes, I messed with my apc box and turned the pots. I did this more or less per the suggestions of Dave in the shadetree mechanic procedures. I really have no problem with the way my car runs now. Its fast and strong but I am a bit worried about possible damage. Problem is that my pots weren’t orientated the same as his. One turned from lets say two o’clock to ten and the other one ten o’clock to seven. Meaning that the other seemed to be installed on the board 90 degrees counter clockwise from the first. His were both in stalled the same way. I am not sure that I did the adjustment right (seem to kind of get a little run away boost when accelerating at highway speeds). So I guess what I am asking is if anyone knows where the dial on the pots are set from the factory. There seems to be a “top” to them no matter how they are installed on the board. I know this may seem like a vague description and impossible to answer short of saying just take a box from a junked car and install it but I sure appreciate any help in keeping my original. Thanks
