More Data...
1990 SPG, 150k, fresh Castrol 10W30 and SAAB filter, plugs/cap/rotor/wires within 10k, 02 sensor 45k ago, 91 octane gas, original cat, engine warmed up.
Test 1 at 15mph NO(ppm) 1373 (791 max) FAIL
Test 2 at 15mph NO(ppm) 1080 (791 max) FAIL
Test 1 at 25mph NO(ppm) 408 (730 max) PASS
Test 2 at 25mph NO(ppm) 325 (730 max) PASS
So, it wasn't just the guy doing the wrong gear... What does high NO mean?
My 94 C900 vert passed, but the HC at 15mph is getting to be borderline. The SPG HC is very low... What causes HC to go up?
Randy
