Whoever did your last alignment messed up the toe: there is too much toe-in. Toe-in is when the tires point together (when viewed from above), like this:

When you drive down the road, the outer edges are literally dragged along because of the excessive toe-in (some toe-in is normal).
Camber does not change from hitting pot holes and mileage, so you don't need a shop to adjust it. Excessive camber does not wear tires quickly, but improper toe does.
I doubt the installer will help you out after all these miles but it's worth a try. Or find a good alignment shop to re-set the toe. Your dealer is an idiot: your car has very easily adjustable camber, not that you need it.
