I recently bought an 83 na 8v from a buddy of mine for a cheap autox toy and it ran really well, and performed acceptably. But after I got it home and I did a few errands, went to start the car and it barely ran, I had to floor it to move anywhere, so I parked it, looked under the hood and saw that the intake hose (from the leading edge of the hood) had fallen off from the junction where it meets the hose from the exhaust manifold and the hose to the engine, reattached it and it ran fine.
Parked the car for a week, got in it sunday morning to drive to an autox and it started fine, and drove to the gate at the storage place, stopped the car. And when I started i I had the same rough running and lack of power as before. I popped the hood, expecting to see the same hose off, but it was still attatched. Anywhere else that I should be looking?
Thanks
