it was just the front left quarter panel and hood which were damaged and a good body shop charged north of 3K for the hood and the front quarter panel- photos can be seen (before and during repair) http://profiles.yahoo.com/ryanathp under my photos...

it took 3 months of dealing with Orkin/Rollins, faxing the office of the CEO & Board of Directors weekly, and getting ALL correspondence in writing to get them to cough up the dough. My last letter begain something like "I am aware that if this beloved 16 yr old car belonged to the CEO Jeff Rollins and was hit by an Orkin truck, the check would have been cut and the damage repaired within the first few weeks..."

dont get discouraged if the other insurance company gives you the run around- it happens.
