Saabs plugs are not the best at keeping water out when you clean the engine. I have had the same thing happen to me on a few occasions when I have also cleaned my engines. First you should unplug every connection you can get to one at a time & try blowing the water out. Following that you should let the car run for a while to allow the engine to heat up so it can dry out the remaining moisture. It is the water & not the cleaners usually that cause the trouble. I would recommend the next time you clean your engine that you let it run while you rinse the degreaser off w/ water.
