try john at saabsavior.com. he sold me my set, and a few bits and pieces since then to keep them complete. i believe i payed around $200, but it was 3yrs ago. Not everyone values them like we do, so you might get a deal somewhere, but i wouldnt hold my breath. as far as refinishing, i have had success with 400 grit wet dry sandpaper, and SEM #39273 paint. it is a bumper/trim spray can in a metallic charcoal which if is not identical, is sharp enough not to care. be sure to follow the directions exactly. check the detailing board and search SEM. it is not a huge project if you are handy and have a good painting space. plan a weekend around it and you should be fine. probably alot easier than trying to find perfect spg panels. good luck
