Yes, very easy fix. The valve is plugged into the large rubber elbo which is on the left (driver's) side of the turbo. It has a tapered rubber hose about 8" long and 1-1.5 " dia. going to the throttle body and a small vacuum hose to the intake manifold. Boost bypass or "Hooter" valves can be found for sale from most of the Saabnet.com advertisers who sell Saab parts. Tighten all the hose clamps securely and inspect/replace the vacuum hose. I guess I should say that it's easy but you must squeeze your paws down in a small space or do more general disassembly to clear the way. Good luck.
